Try using the short 6 wire cable from the working drone, that will tell you if it is the cable or the OFDM. Also it is absolutly fine to turn an advanced into a Pro

It could definitely be the 6 wire cable that attaches the camera to the OFDM module I have seen these go bad often.

The Camera is titaium on the obsidian also it is not just the color it is a different finish all together. Obsidians are mar/ finger print resistant.
