Look into droneharmony app. if you look closely the monthly subscription option has a prebuilt building facade function. You can build the mission prior to flight and also get a full 3D simulation to check clearances.

Have you any means of performing a discharge cycle down to at least 50% capacity? Phantom Angel is one of the best dedicated discharge devices available. DJI guidelines state a 50% discharge every 20 cycles is best maintenance practice for battery life.

Might be firmware upgrades that fixed the problems? Take a look at the fw upgrade descriptions. DJI also has been good about replacing the faulty ones. If you get the UB be sure to only use the amount of brightness you need. This will help reduce heat buildup and prolong battery use.
