Don't use it at all. Just one cell being a lower voltage will be catastrophic. Something went wrong with the cell balancing when charging, possibly the fault of the BMS. And if the BMS isn't doing its job, bad news.

OK. I have some very minor nicks at the tip, no larger than 1mm in size, would that be the cause possibly? Also, are Phantom props known to warp over time? Just checking before I spend money which I have little of.

And all this is directing me straight towards the props being the problem. I have 8 props, and have switched out sets multiple times. They are genuine DJI ones, but maybe they could all be slightly warped due to age?

I have only two anti-drop pins, with four rubber vibration dampeners, which have been replaced just in case. No major vibration or rattling with props off running the motors at high or low speed. There is no jello when walking the drone around on the ground without the props on either.

Everything's tight and firm as far as I can see.

No gimbal motors are sticking as far as I can see. The gimbal itself works fine. The vibration is only in flight, so it's coming from the motors and/or props. I just don't know if that sort of vibration is normal or not.
