have you ever seen this ?

Just remember that the GEO Zones are defined and monitored in China. Go to www.DJI.com/Flysafe/geo-map and search for the location where you are flying to determine what they have in their database for that area.

have you ever seen this ?

That is a GEO Zone warning when you fly within the range (5 mi.) of a tower controlled airport in the defined triangular-shaped landing/takeoff zones aligned with the main runway. I see that warning all the time in those areas. It has nothing to do with the controller altitude settings.

    Ronin SC

I'm a commercial pilot who has lately also been using a Ronin SC (to link 360 ground panoramas to aerial panoramas, virtual tours, etc.). I haven't found anything other than YouTube videos and some posts about the Ronin S which is a different beast. So I would appreciate a forum on it.

    Commercial drone insurance

Skywatch service & rates are excellent. They provide both liability (min. is $1M) and hull insurances. You get discounts based on safe flights (you upload your flight records or transfer them from AirData).
