    What Software to Stitch Panos?

Here is a cropped pano. using raw photos from the P4P and Photoshop Elements (PSE). It takes awhile for PSE to do the stitching and the end product before cropping is too large for PSE to save. I thinking PSE's limit is 2gigs. I guess I am too cheap to buy PTGui right now, but if I start doing...

    Sd Card

I was hoping someone who has used them would chime in; alas no joy. I think you should give them a try and report back. Checking the specs, it appears they may produce faster burst rates, but I have not used them.

    Bird swarm surprise.

Ah a cliff swallow. Very nice.

    Sd Card

Yes just emptying the card works as well. I prefer to format my cards. I have had instances where cards become damaged because I have copied over files many times, and then I lose the flight. It is probably also possible to damage a card by reformatting too many times, however that has yet to...

    Sd Card

    Yes empty cards.

    Sd Card

Yes - I agree. I usually take three or four formatted cards when I fly. I put them with the label facing up in a Kiorafoto card holder I bought on Amazon. When I bring the drone down, I change out the card and put it with the label facing down in the holder. I have been taking my laptop with...

    Bird swarm surprise.

One type of barn swallow is pictured here. Without the extended tailfeathers, the pix would look very much like the ones in the swarm.

    Bathymetry

Strictly speaking, you are correct. However, there is a long answer above.

    Bathymetry

Maybe you use your drone to lower a castable fishfinder. Castable Fish Finders | FishHunter | Lowrance | USA I guess it is obvious that you would not want to lower your drone in the water. Still, it would be a risky operation, because the drone would be hovering above water. It depends on how...

    What Software to Stitch Panos?

I have decided to stay with PSE. After your suggestion, I have used Elements more extensively, and I think it will work for me. PTGui has more features, and I may acquire it in the future. PSE will make panos with raw files, albeit much slower than PTGui, but it does do the job. I did not...

    What Software to Stitch Panos?

I have been looking at the specs for ICE, and it appears it will not stitch raw files. Is that correct?

    What Software to Stitch Panos?

The version I downloaded has the watermarks. It fine; I will probably buy the program. I not convinced I need the features of the pro version. I will have to take a closer look at the comparison chart.

    What Software to Stitch Panos?

Just a follow-up. Here are two pix from Shasta Lake earlier in the year. The first is one stitched by the P4P and the second is the demo version of PTGui pro. I will probably buy the program(PTgui pro). When I get a new program, I like to see what I can do without reading the manual. It tells me...

    What Software to Stitch Panos?

I used Lightroom when it first came out, before it was online. It is a great program, and probably worth the $10/mo. I have not tried using Photoshop Elements for stitching. Thanks for the heads up.
