I honestly can't remember if prop guards were removed before it started having problems or if it was after. Sorry its been a little bit, and im wanting to start flying again

I don't think i changed anything, but if i did it would have been prop guards.

Just like the title suggests one out of the four motors barely spins, mind you my phantom has not had any hard landings or crashes, now just spinning the propeller by hand i can feel the motor "grabbing" at a certain point as i rotate it, am i needing to look into replacing the motor or...
