Ok, the bug has bitten me. As such I am looking to sell my essentially new Phantom 3 Standard and move up to the Mavic. I bought this new on June 13, 2017 and have not crashed it. Pristine with minor normal wear from flying but easily 9...
So I did a WiFi scan of my neighborhood where I fly. From my driveway, I can pick up 8 different WiFi signals. In addition, about 100 feet directly behind the home are above ground power lines. About 750 feet to my north there is a stealth cell tower. I am constantly getting the "strong...
Would placing the Strobon LED directly on top of the Phantom 3 interfere with the GPS signal in any way? My understanding is that the GPS antenna is mounted directly on top of the aircraft under the shell? Just curious if it could cause any interference being a small electronic device.

Thanks!

Been monitoring my battery temps in south Florida. At landing my average temp is 113° to 115° Fahrenheit. And that's flying only in the early evening and nights. Anything to worry about?
Also, to get the temp down a little quicker, I pop mine in the freezer for 5 minutes then let it sit in the...
