    You can't go wrong with the Phantom 4 Pro. Still a relevant drone today. 1"sensor, adjustable f-stops, mechanical shutter, and side sensors...whats not to like?

    If it is under warranty, you should be good for a 100% replacement. Also DJI refresh should cover it if it is out of warranty.

    I had to send my dji phantom 4 pro to dji...they replaced it with a new drone.

    Serial numbers

    I believe not. You can find the serial number of the drone when you pull out the battery....it is in that compartment.
