Hi there I am not experienced with the P3 Standard but it is worth noting that this forum addresses FCC mode switching on P3 SE. Your issue may be as a result of using an app which has been modded for P3SE and may not be compatible with P3S.

I have just noticed that this version 3.1.34 is using mapbox for the GPS display. I am not familiar with this or how to cache maps for offline use.
