    Close encounter

Wow.. atleast the goose seemed pretty uninterested in the quad. Maybe everybody should put their footage together from close calls with birds. Could name it "Close Encounters of the Bird Kind"

    Full Moon and Crystal Skies

I agree with SS220, very cool photo. It kinda of reminds me that I initially bought the P3P to use as a photography tool, to get those shots from angles I just couldn't get my DSLR into. And yet I've found that I almost exclusively use it for video, with an occasional photo every now and then...

    Gimble Issue with P3 Pro

I had this happen to me once as well. I was convinced I had broken the gimbal on my phantom until I read about what the issue actually was. Go into the settings on your app and choose the Gimbal Param Settings tab. Then in the top right corner, there should be an option for "Follow" and "FPV"...

    It's almost here!

Got some major flying time in with it today. I absolutely love the way it flies. I'd have some video for you guys... However, I seem to be in a habit of putting things down and forgetting where I put them today.. Stupid little micro sd card lol

    It's almost here!

Thanks very much! Despite wanting to wait until this weekend, I had a little bit of time today, so I went ahead and did the calibrations and took it for a test flight anyway. Couldn't wait lol. It flew beautifully. Even in Atti mode, it handles very well. This is the first quadcopter of this...

    It's almost here!

Yeah, I kinda had mixed feelings about the situation. Especially since one time he didn't drop off a $90 hard drive that required a signature "no idea why it even would". And yet this time he drops it without even knocking or ringing the doorbell, when my vehicle is right there in the driveway...

    It's almost here!

It's here!!!! Thankfully my phone sent me a text letting me know.. Because despite the fact that the email i received said it had to be signed for, the delivery guy just dropped it at the front door without even knocking or ringing the doorbell.

    It's almost here!

I think... Hopefully.. Although this shipping status is more confusing than my ex on a good day. I know delivery drivers have long days, but out on delivery for 2? Lol. Unfortunately, whether it gets here tonight, or tomorrow, I won't have time to even open the box until this weekend. Dang it.

    My Feelings on this Forum...

First of all, the comment was made in jest. And I do well off enough that the cost of this quadcopter isn't really going to set me back any. Furthermore, what comment did I make to lead you to an assumption that this is going to be something that I "loose" or break quickly? This isn't the first...

    My Feelings on this Forum...

Yeah, I've seen that a lot. Definitely not something I'm looking forward to having to possibly deal with. Maybe I'll be one of the lucky ones lol

    My Feelings on this Forum...

I ordered a hardcase backpack and an extra battery already. I need to pick up a set of filters, that's for sure. Like most of my hobbies, this seems to be an expensive one lol

Who got a drone back from DJI? Wait until you read this

I'd say the OP's complaint is a pretty valid one though. If someone sends their item off to be fixed under warranty, wait's 2 months to get it back, and it wasn't fully fixed. That seems like reason to not be happy.

Who got a drone back from DJI? Wait until you read this

After all the horror stories I continuously hear about DJI's customer service, it makes me wonder if I'm not better off just voiding the warranty and fixing whatever happens to it myself "in the horrible event that I manage to mess up and crash it". I know the camera and gimble is like $500. But...
