Cheers John, yeah I found this one out...much to my relief! In hindsight, it makes perfect sense! Gradually building up my confidence after getting my P4 back in Jan this year. Good idea about the RTH and then cancel to take control back again!

Personal preference, essentially I like to debloat the phone and stay up to date with latest software and security fixes - and add some customisation. Phone was rooted before I got the P4.

I've seen it happen 2 or 3 times now - mid-air during flight. It hasn't been particularly windy these days...Although I was perhaps doing about 12-14m/s - possibly with a slight skew. Thanks for the info guys, seems like I'll need to keep a close eye on this to determine if is a fault.

Ok, you can view flight log through GO 4 app - and enable controller/stick movement. This log shows the drone moved on its own accord - and me then pushing forward on stick to counter. Think I'll need to interrogate the log from the actual drone... Anyone have any recommendations as to how I...

Hmm need to check out my P4 for this when I get home. I noticed last few battery changes had quite a 'reassuring' click into place even though pressing the release buttons. ...I like the solution of drilling holes, albeit not ideal.
