Received this message, "The device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected." ???? Was able to download to my computer, but was told in order to use on my Phantom 4 Pro, that would have to come from my ipad or cell.

After firmware upgrade on Phantom 4 Pro and go the DJI Go 4, get a message “The current device can not use DJI Go4 and download the current app to use” What is the name of the current app? Thanks, Larry
