Did you try to go to your dji go account and at log in screen put “forgot password” I had to do this past July when. One day I could connect, next day I could,not. It made me reinstall go app. And upgrade password.

Falck how did you “reset” the settings? I’m having similar problems with over. Exposure even know camera settings,white balance,etc are in auto. Thanks

Ran into same issue, with camera settings in auto it photo still wanted to over expose. Had to switch to manual and adjust camera settings to get good picture. I did have over exposure turned on if that matters. P3s. Interested in hearing solution[emoji4]

And yes make sure you are still connected to drone like you were when flying to download pics to phone Hope that makes sense

Louiser what I do to transfer photos, vids to phone assuming that is the devise you are using with go app while flying. While in camera mode ( screen you see while flying drone) click main menu top right hand screen and you will see pictures drone took. Click on picture you want to send to phone...

Still fly my first “toy” drone sky viper 40dollar drone. First drone I flew which got me into phantoms. No camera, etc but will teach you basic skills needed in case phantom were ever to loose gps and you had to control manually. Love my toy drones

If understanding guestion correctly When you press the snap shot/.Video record button in go app it saves those pictures to the drone. While still linked to drone download those pictures to your phone/ devise. You take picture via the go app not your phone
