As a section 333 exemption holder with 500k liability insurance on my Phantom and 1 million liability insurance on my business which all cost bucks to acquire, you must at least charge enough to cover your costs. I charge $100 an hour, minimum of 2 hours to show up, if I fly 5 minutes or the two...

Yesterday I flew my Phantom 3 Advanced from a 200 foot bluff to do an aerial video survey of bluff erosion for a homeowner. I ended up not flying below the 0 foot elevation (top of the bluff) on my Go app because I never have flown below 0 feet before and didn't want to risk losing the UAV for...
Got my Phantom 3 Pro in September. Have flown it 26 times for 5-15 minutes without issue. Did crash it when I flew in a forest on manual. Got turned around in real tight quarters. It brushed up against a branch about 15 feet from the ground and tumbled into some brush upside down and took a nick...
I got my final N numbers a couple days ago as well. Good to go.

As a newbie to the UAV field your video was full of great information. I have used the Point of Interest mode with success and can't wait to try the Waypoint mode with my Phantom 3 Pro. Good stuff! Thank you.
I am in the process of registering my Phantom 3 Pro right now. I was granted an exemption through section 333 finally and that is part of process. No big deal in my opinion. Just part of doing business.
