Just an update for you all. I sent my controller to DJI for repair. Total cost for freight & (I think) refurbished controller was just $81. Turn around was less than 2 weeks... Great service on their part, and great communication!!!

Still looking for a Phantom 4 Pro controller. If I don't find one in the next week will send my old one in for refurb...

I flew in some 10 degree farenheit weather last week. Batteries fully charged. no issues, other than when my battery hit 50% it went to 30;% faster than 'normal'. ALWAYS fly with a fully charged battery starting out!! Other than that, no issues at all...drone was warm in the car...so little warm...

Just my 2 cents also, if it's not broke don't fix it.

I am from the metro area and have not found any with assessor so to speak. Amazon seems to be your best friend.
