Have tried an IMU calibration lately? Side note: Do not do any firmware updates.....even if it asks you to. Most firmware updates do more harm than good. By chance are you near an airport, or similar no-fly zone?

Ok. Strange how it thinks it is moving/adjusting settings...but not moving. Hopefully @Droneted will check in and offer his advice. He is the gimbal expert on P4's........maybe the P3 4K gimbal is similar enough he can diagnose the issue.

Have you tried using the GoApp to adjust camera/gimbal settings? In the GoApp......camera view. Three dots, top left screen. Camera settings icon on general settings. Camera settings..... .....Recenter Gimbal ......Adjust Gimbal Roll ......Gimbal Auto Calibration Do any of these adjustments...
