    RTH

Yep, the Phantom 4 firmware is complicated.......especially the Phantom 4 RTK model firmware. All sorts of limitations and guidelines on that garbage. The Data Logs (post #6) is what is needed to troubleshoot this issue any further.

    RTH

If by 'download all info' you mean firmware, you need to determine which firmware version EACH DRONE is using before attempting to upgrade or downgrade existing versions. Adjusting the firmware should be a LAST RESORT. I tend to agree with @RodPad about the RTH settings being in question...

DJI no longer sells replacement batteries for the Phantom 4

The TRUST CERTIFICATION is just for FAA's benefit, that the general knowledge test was taken, and passed. Just like the Remote ID module, and Drone Registration number being required in the US........it's just another method that our friends at the FAA use to 'control' and 'manage' the...

Yep, class G airspace is uncontrolled airspace......but it's NOT unregulated airspace....so FAA guidelines still apply.

DJI no longer sells replacement batteries for the Phantom 4

DJI started their Geofencing garbage soon after the P3 and P4 were introduced. It was an effort to curb drone incursions in sensitive areas like airports, hospital helipads, stadium sporting events, and correctional facilities. This Geofencing was hidden in numerous firmware updates on each...

That's good to hear.........the flight that is.....not the troublemaker. But, some people are like that. I'm sure you'll find other places to fly. Even if you aren't flying, you can still bring up the Aloft Air Control app and just touch places on the map to reveal if it's safe to...

It looks like the alert is for Roseburg regional airport, if my location is correct. East of Pearce Rd should be free of alerts, per Aloft.

Yep. Just tap and it will bring up my profile. Then tap 'send direct message'. I'm still thinking that in your flight area there are flight restrictions and no-fly zones that are giving you these warnings. The "Aloft Air Control" app I mentioned earlier (post #30) will show you.

No, you need to stay with The Go4 app for the P4's.

No problem bud. We were ALL new at this stuff at one time. My app flashes the warning to update the Fly Safe database also.....every time....but I just hit ignore and it goes away. I haven't updated my firmware since late 2016. Not sure why your app kicks you off if you ignore your...

DJI no longer sells replacement batteries for the Phantom 4

Yep, the two points at the same time (home and drone) are normal on the app. You may get warnings even in ATTI mode, but try it anyway and see what happens. Those warnings should stop if you get far enough away from controlled and restricted airspace. Check out the 'Aloft Air...

No fly zones and geofencing are issues here in the US also. I'd maybe take a ride in the country, maybe a park or somewhere FAR from controlled airspace, and see what you get. So, which P4 do you have so I can research it a bit more?
