My gimbal has gone strange. It's only a cheapo one but was fine for me. It works left and right but wont stay level whilst going forwards or backwards :-/
Also the gimbal wheel doesn't pitch the camera up or down on the advanced RC.
Any idea's?

I have just bought one off eBay, it's supposed to be a genuine Dji battery.
Genuine DJI 11.1v 5200mAh Battery for Phantom 2 Vision Excellent Condition | eBay
Hey all, bit of a weird one this lol......
I was sat in my room here on my PC when suddenly my Phantom 2 swiched on all on it's own and initialised with the tune it makes!!! No-one was near it and the controller was off :-/
Daz.
None as such apart from it being a bit exposed as it isn't encased in anything apart from insulation tape. I'm using aftermarket tall/wide landing gear so it isn't really protected anymore and i thought this item may be a possible upgrade?
I'm currently looking at a battery on ebay which is 6000mAh as i'm getting desperate now as my original has gone faulty, any thoughts on this?
11.1V 6000mAh 10C Upgraded Spare Battery For DJI Phantom 2 Vision + Quadcopter | eBay
When buying none genuine batteries a lot of them quote" fully decoded" that's why i asked the question being as this thread is about batteries i thought it might had being an obvious question as i'm sure others would had being wondering the same?
GPS receives and doesn't transmit anything so personally I'd say it'd be fine and sounds like a good idea to me and shouldn't impact too much on the flight of its light.

Oh, I'd had thought it'd be the other way round if anything :-/ So what does the update for the clone batteries actually do?

Did you find any decent batteries in the UK?
I'm looking for one myself and it looks like they're around the £50 mark. I'm guessing you can't update them through the software as they aren't genuine?
Does this have any effect/reliability issues at all?
What do the updates do exactly?
