I guess poorly seated would be a better description. The cable could be unplugged a little bit and making connection with the camera but not the gimbal.
Can you get the guts that go inside the arms? My gimbal makes a bit of a grinding noise every so often because I have had so many crashes so I assume there are some gears inside the arm that I have bent or stripped.
You said your camera works? Sounds like your gimbal cable may be unplugged. The force that broke off the gimbal may have unseated the cable where it snaps into the gimbal. It is not a particularly strong connection.
All the props were attached, none were broken and all still turned when I turned the drone back on though one arm and leg were badly damaged so I didn't try flying it until I replaced the shell and I was looking right at it when it crashed and I didn't see any birds.
I don't know if you already knew this but made sure to kill any instances of DJI Go you have running before you start Litchi and kill any instances of Litchi before starting DJI Go.
I was flying about 2 weeks ago in a field at about 86 feet altitude when my Phantom 3 Standard suddenly dropped out of the sky. The shell was badly damaged and the gimbal snapped off but surprisingly with a new shell I was able to get the bird flying again. In fact, flying flawlessly. I took...
I broke both antennas so I bought a pair from Amazon for $35. The gimbal setup worked perfectly in the crash snapping off cleanly and I think without damage and shouldn't cost anything to get working again. I also have to replace the shell and the antenna is the very first thing that goes in...
Had a crash and the gimbal snapped off. It looks like everything is okay, but the connector snap on the end of the antenna wire stayed inside the gimbal. I hate to spend $35 for new antennas just for the connector. I have tried to put the wire inside the connector but everything is so tiny...
Are there any problems with it? Why are you selling it after only one flight? What would be your price to ship it somewhere within the US? How would you accept payment?
I am not flying hobby, I am flying part 107. That is why I am asking. B4UFLY shows the helipad but its status is indefinitely closed when I look it up on AirNav
Yes, the values you set for low and critical battery settings in the DJI Go app will be used by Litchi as well and vice-versa. As far as landings go, I typically have all my missions end in RTH (return to home) and then I just cancel the landing if I don't really want to land yet. My reason is...
