It's not tight. You are just gripping it too hard. Grip it with a rubber band loosely and it will just come off. If you grip it too hard you will lock it on.

It's my guess that you're taking 4K video. I have the same problem with 4K, but if I switch to 1080P, video is very good. I believe my problem is that my computers are not powerful or fast enough to handle the 4K. I'm guessing that you have good video on the card, but can't properly play it.

I'd be willing to bet they are the same camera with 4K disabled on the advanced. We just need somebody to find and supply the hack to enable 4K.

If you have an SD slot in your computer, just buy a spare micro SD card. They always come with an adapter to fit your computer slot. Some others come with a USB adapter so they cam be used as a memory stick.
