    Hi There 2 Screen shots 1st with the film and 2nd taken with another phantom 4 pro all settings in both cases are auto.

    I have unscrewed the lens cap and cleaned it and the camera lens seems clean. It is hard to describe the film it is just like having a filter over the lens. I will down load a video to show you later Thanks for your reply.

    Yes go for a P4Pro the difference in the camera is remarkable because DJI put a lot of intelligence into the Phantom range I think it will be a long time before the Phantom becomes ''Old Dog'' Stay safe.
