I know i didnt shut the app down when I put in the second battery but Im sure that I had the GPS ready when I took off the second time. I checked the battery when it got back and it was secure.

No i didnt record the flight, after about a few seconds I knew something was wrong and was only worried about getting it back. I do remember seeing that thing lean like crazy. Maybe that is where my speed came from. Tonight I took it back out in a field and there were no problems at all.

I didnt want to hijack someone thread but I just wanted to share this, I was taking video of fireworks near the lake, The first battery went fine, but the second battery just went crazy after launch with compass errors and such. After a big fight with it, I managed to get it back in one piece...

The grass was getting wet, so I launched from the top of my case which is what like a foot and a half off the ground maybe? Right beside where I sent it up before. While it was up it did say compass error like anykill.

No it was not windy at all. I used one battery while shooting fireworks at a lake came back with no problem and put that second battery in and it just went crazy. Ill upload the log if anyone is interested.

I'm sorry to hear that. I had that happen last night and it went 73 at one point but i managed to recover it before anything could happen.
