Finally resolved with uninstalling GoDJI app and reinstalling, logging in & removing flight altitude/height restrictions. Thank you, all, for your assistance.

I've flown this P3S ~25 times since updating firmware, flown higher/further than the 100' altitude/150' mission distance restrictions. My MC Settings show that my mission height to be 500M & no mission distance/maximum flight distance limits.

Yes, I have experienced seagulls going after my P3S each time I've flown at the ocean while most other birds including redt-ailed hawks have been indifferent to it..perhaps due to the similar white coloring and the seagulls sense of territoriality?
