There are an awfull lot of fake microSD cards doing the rounds, and many of them have apawling transfer rates well below what the legit card should be.
I got stung twice with fake scandisk extreme pros for my go pro, one was the equivelent of a class 4 card, but looked 100% legit in retail...
I think its a bit harsh to blame DJI here.
You tried to import something unto your country without first ensuring you have the correct authorisation and legal juristiction from your own countrys customs.
Its your responsibility to meet your countrys laws, not theirs.

If its any consolation your video will do significantly more than $200 dollars worth of damage to their business and reputation.
A new battery and a caveat that this all dissapears and never spoken of again would of been a wise business decision.

Im saying both. That was the case that litchi opened automatically. Then i uninstalled it and now DJI GO will not connect at all.

I thought I would try Litchi out since it was on sale, now I cant seem to connect to the ac via the Go app.
When I plug the cable in it opens litchie even with a force stop.
I have uninstalled litchi and it still wont connect via Go.
The remote is conecting to the ac and can start stop motors...
The £40 ebay jobbies are very good value, perfectly cut foam, loads of storage comfortable and light.
Clones of the original DJI bag at a third of the price.

Sounds like something you should take up with your MP.
It is legal and legitimate to take photographs in a public space. And if you are flying within FAA regs you are legit.
Are they also going to ban camera phones from the parc on the same "privacy" rules?
