YouTube Problem--Need Help

Was looking at various youtube settings today and since am not able to play any online videos. I just get a black rectangle where the video is supposed to play. Videos play fine on other PC. Any ideas what I messed up?

Update your Adobe Flash player. (www.adobe.com = look for the Flash link)

If updating FP doesn't do it, reset Internet Explorer. Try Google chrome as well and see if it plays videos.

I can access videos on Chrome but did a reset of Explorer and still no dice. No big deal as I like Chrome also.

What I'm finding is that Explorer11 keeps losing Adobe Flash Player for some reason and then doesn't want to play videos until I reload Adobe Flash Player. I'm running the AMD Radeon HD 6450 display adapter on a Dell XPX 8300 Windows 7 64 if that makes any difference
