Your Post-Production Work Flow?

Anyone want to share their work flow?

I'm experimenting right now to come up with the right one.

Despite the long time time it takes initially, I'm leaning towards doing all my defisheye and stabilization on the full raw video out of the GoPro, before opening the file in Cineform.

I'm using proDAD DeFishr and Mercalli V2 for stabilizing and Adobe Premiere CS5 on Windows to edit.

I don't have any of the high $$$ stabilization editing software (I use iMovie!) but I was wondering about converting my Hero3 to a non-fisheye lens.
