You won't believe this DJI warranty story....

So as you know I got my bird replaced as a warranty. After it fell from the sky. I got it back several weeks ago and in the crash I lost the props and the battery.

After I got it back I complained about the bird not being returned with the battery and the props. Because they were lost in the wreck and therefore were lost too and should have been replaced.

I sent the message and got the run around and virtually no response from them.

Until today they casually sent a message and told me "here's your tracking number for your parts and we are closing this ticket". Not sure what they sent me? But it weighs 1.9lbs and went out on FedEx today from Carson California.

I can't believe it, so long with no response and now this? Crazy.... They are a good company!
