You can adjust the length of the Tx sticks !

Just saw a post on Facebook that you can adjust the length of your sticks by unscrewing them. Have not tried this as I am happy with mine but he posted photos and it looked like its quite a difference in height.

Not sure you can shorten them, only make them longer than they are.

When I cook my steaks I sear them 1 minute on each side then finish them off on a broil pan in the oven at 375F.
