Y'aw move too fast

My controller is far too sensitive for me. Is there some trim or gain adjustment that I can tweak to adjust the controller sensitivity? I am mainly interested in the yaw. Possible?

Try holding the the stick with your thumb an finger, I find I have more control that way

The head of the controller sticks are in two pieces. Screw the top half upward to increase the length, and then screw the bottom half upward to lock it in place.
