How do I go about getting an exemption FAA333? Where can I view petitions that have been filed, so that I don't have to reinvent the wheel?

Also, I really appreciate advice on where I can learn more about using my drone for aerial photography, coverage of high school football games (Sports), commercial properties, homes, etc.

Don't most of the approved exemptions call for the pilot to have a pilots license too?
