message since getting P4P+ back
from DJI & asking them to update
all software-firmware along with
covered camera replacement;
2 most recent take-offs from
US Interstate rest stop open
grassy field & hotel parking lot...
my flights are always straight up
for "still" shots & up to ~300 ft &
then back down. How does one
fly "cautiously" in high wifi area???
Thanks in advance!!!

I personally do the following:
#Check for rth altitude that it is higher than tallest obstacle.

#hover at 10 ft and check for stability. I callibrate IMU and compass if not stable.

Thanks.
Understand hover check @ ~10ft.
Not a pilot, so "rth" = ???
regards.
RTH - Return To Home.
If for some reason you lose control signal due to the inteference warning, you need to be sure that it will return home without colliding with inanimate objects.
I receive the same warning occasionally but ignore it as I'm not running a wifi dependent phantom (PS3). I'm generally flying away from any sort of inteference and put that warning in the same bucket as the wind warning messages I get on a calm day.
IMU calibration won't prevent this from occuring unless you are having separate issues with a stable hover and at 10ft, it my well be a VPS calibration required.

I’m way out in the country. When I fly my P3S I always get the interference warnings a lot. There is nothing to cause this in my area.

Same here. I get the interference warnings too. However I am in the middle of a 100+ acre field with not even a phone signal and I get the warnings. Does not make sense.

I wonder what interference the drone is detecting? Can anyone lighten me?

Another cell phone? Do you have another with you?
