Wireless charging for iPhone when flying. Fail!

I decided to try to use with wireless charging on iPhone when connected to the remote.
Of course it doesn't work. It stops the wireless function as soon as I plug in. I was hoping it would recognize data connection and know the connection was not for charging. Bit no. No charging is possible when flying.

And that means you cannot use headphones when in wireless charging.... **** apple, couldn't u let the jack plug alone for now...

I’m with you on the lightening cable for charging. Two dudes for that is buying the adapter that lets you plug in both a headphone and charger, or getting wireless headphones. I took the wireless headphone route, mostly because the adapter isn’t cheap, of course.
