When I download I get windows media player cannot play this file. It doesn't happen all the time. I've downloaded larger files and had no problem. Any ideas?

It could depend on your PC age, and processors, and video card, Its probably not the file size as the issue but the type of video you have filmed, my father has an old PC and it won't play the 1080 but only the 720,stuff,
Have you tried different settings on your video capture, and have you downloaded all the Codecs for the media player?

Have you tried downloading and playing your file through VLC Player? It's free, lightweight and plays **** near anything right out of the box.
