Wiggle (not jello)

Today i was out flying during an ice fishing tournament when i got home i notice in the video a really bad wiggle while inclining/declining while hovering it does not do it. I have a mount to reduce the jello and havent had this problem before have a few flights on it since December. Could this be a bad motor or camera mount / over vibration. tested the motors and they sound the same ran it in the house and nothing noticeable.

the only thing I can think of is perhaps maybe your rubber vibration dampers were getting stiff from the cold air.
