Why did my phantom crash last night ?

I Landed my phantom 3 on its own on the beach. Drone motors turned off. Then 5 sec later the drone took off on its own. The phone app said disconnected could not control the drone at all. Looked like it was trying to come back were I took off but landed write in the water. Stayed there over night until the tied went out. Just want to avoid this happening agian. Still don't remember if I turned of the controller Off or not when I landed . That's why it was disconnected by why would it take off by itself ?

...did you accidentally press auto-takeoff after you pressed auto-land (same button).

Don't think I did. I def rember pointing the controler sticks up because I thought it was off. I always do the automatic take off feature.

I can. Healthy Drones doesn't display as much data as my log viewer though.
