Why would someone buy this? Especially spending that much?
Damaged, bulging, no charge cycle count, "good luck" at the end of the auction (lol) ...can go on and on

You can replace the cells and rebuild it. The built-in controller board can't be purchased by itself.

However, that does seem a bit high even for that purpose.
