Why are my lights wrong now

Hi all new to the site and are trying to find answers to my problem. I purchased the DJI phantom 2 vision plus flew it with no problems. I did the update with the 4 new Motors, 4 Escs bds, New Transmitter, new Props and new Compass. After installing and loading the latest drivers and firmware this is what happens when I go to start it. After it goes threw the start up with the lights the last 2 back light stay on one is flashing green and the other is flashing red? Tried a compass cal and even degaused it still same problem.They both used to be green showing i have 6 or more sat's correct. On the camera app it is showing I have 8 sat's. Anybody have any ideas why this is happening? Also it is in the phantom mode and shows no errors thank you in advance
