White Rock Lake, Dallas

Have a P4P, experienced, 107 or hobby, Trackimo, etc. Wanted to fly from the
west side boat ramp of White Rock Lake. Spoke with the Dallas Parks manager and she said no restrictions. She also said that there are 20 "interest groups"
on White Rock lake. The boat ramp and adjacent area east, over the lake, appears to have 1700 ft Class B above it. That would make the 400 ft ceiling
Class G airspace.
Anyone have recent experience at White Rock Lake, Dallas?

My mistake...Class B starts at 2500 above the lake.

Yea, I use to do a lot of picnics there. Really nice. You brought back some good memories. It’s been 35 years a go so I can’t help you.
