Which wires control the gimbal movement?

On the P3S, I know there are two sets of wires that come out of the body of the drone and extend down to the camera/gimbal. One is a group of several rubber-coated wires with a light gray coating. The other is the flat black ribbon that wraps around all hinges of the gimbal. I know one controls the gimbal movement and the other is the camera signal, but I don't know which is which.

I have a "gimbal gyroscope error" that has developed, but is only intermittently present. Sometimes I can still successfully fly. But the error seems to be happening more frequently and the feedback I've received on this forum is that perhaps a connection is lose. I'm game to try to dig in and unplug/replug the necessary wires, but I just want to make sure I'm targetting the right ones - the gray rubber-coated ones or the black ribbon?

Finally: Is there a website/video tutorial on how to take apart the parts of the gimbal that will allow me access to each plug location of the necessary wire in this repair?

Thank you all for your input.
