Which is the best manual channel no bar or green/stable?

I know I'm supposed to pick the "lowest" point on the graph and stick with that for manual, but do I pick one that is giving no fluctuation at all, or do I pick the low green/stable bar? Just did the 32 channel hack thing, and I just have to make sure. Any help will be appreciated!


For those that don't know, this is regarding the image transmission manual settings(HD).

I have had the most success picking the channel that doesn't have any activity one or two channels above or below it. whether the selected channel has the green bar or no activity at all doesn't seem to matter.
