Which Arctic Silver Thermal Paste is best?

I have been reading all the posts about adding the thermal paste to the wifi unit in the vision plus and that you should use Arctic Silver thermal paste.
I saw that walmart carries it, but they offer:
Arctic Silver 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver Thermal Compound
or
Arctic Silver Alumina Premium Ceramic Polysynthetic Thermal Compound
or
Arctic Silver Ceramique 2 Premium High Density Thermal Compound
I was wondering which one is best for the wifi.

I think Burlbark would have the best answer.

I think I used artic silver 5 in the 3.5gram syringe tube.
To be honest, any thing is better than the white paste dji has used.

Arctic Silver 5 is the standard for many years and has the reputation of one of the best thermal paste around.

Can anyone tell me if the blue paste and gray paste used on the phantom 4 pro would need to be replaced/removed before putting new one on if the drone was in the water overnight? Also would that same paste you are talking about above still be good for this one? . Luckily the battery came out when it hit the ground before it bounced into fresh water.
