Whete to get hard foam?

I'm looking to replace my cube foam from a case and I want to get some hard foam like in the GoProfessional case. It can be thinner and I'll stack it

Look in your city phone book under foam.
I built a case and and had foam cut to the size I needed to fit into
My aluminum case. They had various types and I picked the one I needed. 10 bucks it cost me.

Took my foam out of my Pelican rifle case but I am afraid to cut it. Electric knife works well for straight cuts but the curves at the end of the arms are a problem

A hot wire cuts most foam nicely.

You can make your cube foam a little more "solid" by spraying it with Plasti Dip. Aerosol cans cost about $7 each, and one can goes a long way.

Wife and I went to a craft store called JoAnn Fabric. Noticed against the back wall was a "Foam" section. they had sheets at least 7-8 feet tall, and one was about 6" wide. Would make a great foam insert for a Phantom, might even get away with just one sheet and just glue them in layers. Didn't get a price on it unfortunately...
