This is the first time that my P3P has done this. Does anyone have any ideas? There was a power line nearby...I have flown here before without problems. There was no wind.

Sure looks like wind to me. 0 wind on ground and up at 200 ft you can have 25 mph wind gusts. Camera looks stable but gets guts and copter tries to compensate causing a little shake. If not that don't know unless you gimbal is sticking.

Thank you @timmer, I'll have to check that out. Would it still shake like that once it got level again in FPV? I've never tried FPV.

Check your settings to be sure you are not in the FPV mode. That locks the gimbal and the camera moves and turns with the craft without letting the gimbal do its thing. If it's not that then you may have a issue with a ESC or motor acting up a little. When you land see if one is hotter that the others. See if the shots on all turn equally and with a same resistance. Listen for any noise or grinding. This is simple diagnostics to try to find any issues.
