What video setting do you recommend on app

What video setting is the best to use on your iPhone app? I'm thinking the phantom will still record in 1080p on the card on board the phantom. But the streaming video to the phone is what I'm not sure what works best for range.

As high as you can get away with. Once you start getting freezes, go down a notch. That's your ideal setting.
