What is wrong with my H3-3d?!

Its making this horrible scraching noise and the top motor doesnt turn barely at all. Nothing is in the way and ive never had this problem before

Also the top motor gets pretty hot

Is there any evidence of any arc scrap marks at the base of the gimbal board? Maybe try loosening the hidden grub screw and let it drop down a few millimetres to make sure its clear from any obstructions.

Go back and read the first thread you posted it has the info Mako79 posted plus a photo of where the set screw is.
