What flight analysis program(s) do people prefer for the Phantom 3 Standard?

A newbie here (at least with Phantom 3 Standard) is wondering what flight analysis program(s) people prefer to use with this platform. I know there are some on DJ GO, but what are some of the other (3rd party) stand-alone programs out there and how good are they? (Note: I have another drone but it uses ArduCopter hardware, which is supported by a program called Mission Planner. Does Phantom 3 use that same program and, if so, how good is the match between the two?)
