What altitude do you waypoint fly?

I'm in the UK and I fly my missions over countryside, where almost all the trees are deciduous, not conifers, so I'm guessing the maximum height is around 60 or 70 feet, and I do terrain following, with Litchi.

Up until now, all my missions have been at 250 feet, plus or minus what the terrain following calculates, but I tend to think that the lower you fly, the more interesting the video is. I believe in caution, but I'm beginning to think I might be being a little over-cautious. So I'd like to know, what height do others select for waypoint missions?

I usually fly at 150-200' as it gives me good views and I can fly at higher speeds. I also go down to POI height gradually as I approach it to give good results. Be careful keep a margin of about 25' -30' on your calculated safe altitudes. I try to fly at constant altitudes to get good effects.
