Weak or No Signal -Flashing Yellow?

I have a brand new Standard, When I pulled it out of the box - it worked. All I did was charge the batteries & update the firmware, Now I get A flashing yellow light - weak or no signal. Sw1 in up position. Batteries above 75%
I would appreciate any help.

Make sure push the top right switch on the controller all the way up.

After doing some of the latest firmware your have to re-link your Phantom and Remote.
