Wondering whether the filament line will get tangled in the props so the floater never reaches the surface.

I saw a video of a water proofed (that elecontrincs water proofing company I forget the name). The video showed the phantom running under water in ocean and swimming pool. Surely someone has shared the link on here. Now - how much and how to get that done!
