Warranty repair with a few aftermarket parts will it be denied

Should I remove any minor after market parts before sending in with my RMA?

Prop guards & gimbal protector plate ?

I thought I read something that if not totally stock they would deny repair

Yes, because during the amount of time you'll be spending checking back here to see whether we think it is/isn't a good idea, you could've removed them.
