Warning about Carbon Fibre blades with Red dots

My P2 dropped like a wounded bird yesterday and crashed badly. I inspected the blade and noticed it gave way near where the blade meets the middle bit. I don't believe it was the proper carbon blades as I wouldn't have expected this to happen. The motors were still spinning as it came down. Anyone one else using these blades?
